OXFORD TOGETHER: This option is for flautists of all ages and stages who wish to make real progress in their playing through active participation in a wide range of workshops, ensembles, individual lessons and technical sessions. You will be able to attend masterclasses and concerts as an auditor and there will be informal group opportunities for those that wish to perform.

This option is for you if you:

  • are looking for a stimulating and varied experience

  • love playing the flute and are looking for inspiration

  • enjoy playing with others in small groups as well as a large flute choir

  • would benefit from individual flute tuition and coaching sessions with a pianist

What’s included?

  • 2 individual flute lessons

  • 2 sessions with a pianist

  • Participation in daily workshops focussing on tuning, practice, sight-reading, auditions, breathing techniques and more

  • Daily ensemble and guided chamber music spaces

  • Daily participation in graded technique classes

  • Flute choir

  • Informal group performing opportunities during the week

  • Attendance at all concerts and masterclasses

    You are advised to insure against cancellation or illness as fees are not refundable.

    Upon receipt of your application we will send you our bank details for payment of a non-refundable deposit of £250. Balance is payable by 5th July 2027. You may pay the balance in up to three instalments. Please contact us to arrange this. Payments from outside the UK must be free of all charges.

    We prefer payments to be made by bank transfer. We regret we cannot accept credit or debit card payments. Places booked here will be held for you for a maximum of one week, until we receive the deposit.

    For foreign payments we recommend using wise.com which is speedy and avoids unnecessary bank charges.
